Return and Exchange Policy
In the unlikely event that you receive a wrong or damaged product, we will issue a full refund for unused merchandise within 7 days of delivery of merchandise. Notify us of items that you would like to return or exchange via email and we will provide you with return instructions via e-mail. We reserve the right not to honor return requests sent more than 7 days after delivery.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping and handling for any preference returns or exchanges. Preference returns or exchanges are returns that are made for any reason other than receipt of damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise. We reserve the right to not accept your preference return or exchange if we find defects or signs of wear on the merchandise.
We will issue your refund within 7 business days of receiving your return. We also offer exchanges of items if merchandise are in stock, but you are responsible for the shipping and re-shipping costs. Returns and exchanges must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags attached (if applicable).
